Charles is pursuing a BSc in Real Estate Management at Mount Kenya University (graduating December 2025) and is a student member of ISK’s Valuation and Estate Management Chapter since 2023. With over 2 years of experience, he is a practicing valuer, property manager, and estate agent (licensing in progress). Trained at SEDCO Valuation and Consultants Limited and Axis Valuers Limited, Charles excels in asset valuations, property management, and real estate development forums. He is also a skilled technical analyst in financial and crypto markets.
