About Me

Victor is pursuing a BSc in Real Estate Management at Mount Kenya University (graduating December 2025) and is a registered student member of ISK’s Valuation and Estate Management Chapter. With experience as a valuer at Wamae Mureithi and Associates, where he completed both an attachment and internship, Victor specializes in land valuation, asset tagging and coding, investment appraisal, and feasibility studies. His hands-on experience and academic background position him as a valuable contributor to real estate valuation projects.
