Innocent is a seasoned Real Estate professional with over 10 years of experience, holding a Master of Arts in Valuation and Property Management and pursuing a PhD in Land Economics at The University of Nairobi. A Registered Valuer (No. 703) and Estate Agent (No. 1825) with MISK (No. 1480), he has conducted valuations across all 47 counties in Kenya for clients like AFC, KRA, and Machakos University. Specializing in asset valuation, tagging, and project feasibility studies, he brings expertise in managing complex real estate projects, including petrol stations and special properties.
